Smart Card Software Options and Features

Use of the ENOMATIC SMART CARD activated system is available in two formats:

  • ENOWRITER
  • ENOSOFT Professional Software Package including Server.


ENOWRITER

ENOWRITER software is designed for installations that do not need to track information about the consumption of wines in the ENOMATIC Wine Serving System or monitor customer's use of the system.

ENOWRITER allows:

  • Creation of SMART CARDS for use in the system (with no name association to that card)
  • The ability to add or subtract value from the SMART CARD
  • The ability to read value from the SMART CARD

 

ENOSOFT-Professional Software and Server

A full featured software package that captures all data and monitors all system data in addition to monitoring use of system

  • Monitoring of each ENOMATIC module in the system to control its operation and use

  • Monitoring of every bottle position in the system to show the wine installed and the volume remaining in the bottle

  • Creation of a customer database (or staff database) to manage sytem and marketing concepts

  • The ability to set cut off points for self serve systems (example: you allow a customer to only serve themselves 175 ml in a 12-hour period)

  • Linking of customers to "Loyalty" SMART CARDS to track all consumption of customers (or track wine service by staff)

  • Recording of every wine served - when it was served, how much was served, who served it, what volume, etc.

  • The ability to create SMART-WINE CARDS and add, read and deduct value from the cards easily

  • The ability to create a wine database for entire wine inventory

  • The creation of databases for both producers and suppliers to monitor consumption of their products

  • Abilities for importing existing inventory databases

  • The ability to create multiple "Offers" for the same wine. i.e. "Offer 1 - Normal price $12.00", "Offer 2 - Special Monday Promotion price $10.50" etc.

  • Automatic notifications are set to indicate bottles approaching being empty and when they are empty

  • Automatic updating of the Digital Price Displays above each bottle position when a wine is installed (wine prices are set in the software and communicated to the modules)

  • The ability to lock Wine Cards from future operation in the installation

  • The ability to create a wide range of operational Wine Card formats (Normal, Loyalty, Service, VIP, Time, etc.)

  • The ability to terminate any SMART CARD and then reformat it into a different operational card format ( saving the cost of the card )

Comprehensive reporting across all the databases to generate reports on:

  • customer consumption (or staff service) - what wines, when and how much
  • consumption of each wine - what is most popular, most profitable
  • all transactions by hour, day, month or year
  • transactions relating to each individual customer, supplier or producer

The ability to export reports to a Microsoft Excel compatible format

Options for secure remote Internet access to monitor the operation of the system and generate reports from anywhere in the world
